Foundational Audits

Know what's broken before you spend another dollar.

A structured audit of your tracking, ad accounts, Google Business Profile, and website. You get a written report either way — whether you hire us to fix it or hand it to someone else.

What's usually broken

The three things we see over and over.

01

You don't know what you don't know

Most agencies won't tell you what's broken because they profit from it. The audit exists to make sure you can make a real decision.

02

Every vendor blames the other

Web person blames the ad person, ad person blames the tracking person. An outside audit ends the finger-pointing.

03

You're about to hire an agency

Get the audit first. Take it to any agency you're evaluating. If they can't explain how they'd fix what's on it, that tells you something.

A live call where we walk through the report, answer questions, and hand it off. Yours to keep.

How it runs

Four phases. One operator. Clear timeline.

PHASE 01

Access

You grant read access to GA4, GTM, ad accounts, and GBP. Typically 15 minutes of admin work.

PHASE 02

Deep review

5–7 business days of hands-on analysis. Not a scanner report — a person going through every account.

PHASE 03

Written report

20–40 page written report with screenshots, findings, and prioritized fixes.

PHASE 04

Walkthrough call

60-minute call to review, answer questions, and decide next steps — with us or without us.

FAQ

Straight answers.

How much does the audit cost?

Flat fee, quoted after a short discovery call — usually $500–$1,500 depending on scope. If you hire us to run the work, it credits toward the first month.

Do I have to hire you afterward?

No. Roughly a third of our audit clients take the report and implement internally or with another vendor. That's a win either way.

How long does it take?

Most audits are delivered within 7 business days of getting access.

Ready to build on solid ground?

30 minutes. No pitch deck. We'll walk through what you have and what needs fixing first.
